memorialize the past

Allow me to introduce Jim Burt, my Grandpa. This photo was taken at the Burt family Christmas party 2006. 2 months later he died. I found this photo and other amazing treats that were pulled off my old computer. The timing of finding this could not have been better. Flashbacks of getting loaded into the family car and what seemed like driving around for hours to go visit graves of loved ones lost have flooded my memory today. I am fortunate to have made memories with my Grandpa Burt. This is my getting into the family car and paying my respects.

Side note. Life is great! I love everything about New York. This city has changed my life forever and for that I am grateful. I hope that all of you will be able to experience some East Coast love this summer.

one week from today i will be with the family once again. i have never been so excited to have a trip planned to utah.
i plan on seeing old friends some in which i have not seen in years, laughing my face off with my awesome family, eating my mothers amazing food, seeing my grandparents, playing baseball with eddy, riding motorcycles with tucker, enjoying fresh air, mountains, real mexican food, my fathers jam, and some quiet time.

Best Spring Ever

My Life

For starters I sleep in a bunk bed, and I love it. My childhood dreams of having a brother and a bunk bed have now come true. Thanks mom and dad for my "new brother" Some of you may be wondering what it is that I do in Manhattan, well I am a slave to the New York Film Academy where I study Producing TV and Film. Some of my classes this semester are entertainment law, screenwriting, final cut pro, EP budgeting and scheduling, New Media, and film genre. I miss sleep like the deserts miss the rain, but at the same time I am having the time of my life.
The other day while riding my bike in Central Park I saw him. Who is he? The Dick Nourse or Ron Burgandy of weather Mr.G
